Every deal is split based on who brought the lead. If TheAgentic sources the customer, TheAgentic keeps 70% and you get 30%. If you source the customer, you keep 70% and TheAgentic gets 30%.

Here's a simple example of how the revenue split plays out.

Scenario: The product generates $500K in annual revenue. TheAgentic sourced $350K worth of deals through its lead generation pipeline. The domain expert brought in their own leads, generating $150K in revenue.

-> TheAgentic gets 70% = $245K
-> You get 30% = $105K

Minimum Annual Revenue Guarantee

TheAgentic guarantees up to $75K revenue per year to the domain expert. If your share from revenue splits doesn't reach $75K in a given year, TheAgentic covers the difference.

Prometheus includes multiple exit paths designed to preserve founder-grade optionality as traction grows.

TheAgentic Buyout Option

After a period of 12 months, TheAgentic can buy out the domain-expert with a one-time payment equal to 8× ARR (minimum $500,000) plus 10% royalty for 3 years after the buyout.

Founder-Triggered Buyout

Available after reaching $100K ARR and 4+ customers. Domain expert can force buyout at 5× ARR plus 10% royalty for 3 years after the buyout.

Spin-Out Into Your Own Venture

Domain expert creates a new company giving TheAgentic 15% equity (before any equity is issued to external investors). In addition TheAgentic gets a 10% royalty for 3 years after the event of spinout.
